6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To return an item:

  2. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging (or suitably repackaged).

  3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Refunds:

  • We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Deductions may be made if items are not returned in a resalable condition.

  • Items returned after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

Faulty or Damaged Goods:

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Warranties and Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
